Warranty Policy

At IPVoice Technologies, we offer warranty services as provided by the respective Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Please read the following terms carefully before claiming warranty services.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • All products sold by IPVoice Technologies are covered under the standard warranty policies of the respective OEMs.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal usage conditions.

  • Software issues, accidental damages, or damages due to improper handling, installation, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.

2. Warranty Claim Process

  • Customers can claim warranty directly through the OEM’s authorized service centers.

  • To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice/bill) along with the product’s serial number.

  • The OEM will assess the product and determine whether it qualifies for repair, replacement, or rejection under the warranty terms.

3. OEM’s Final Decision

  • The OEM has the sole discretion to approve or reject a warranty claim based on their policies.

  • IPVoice Technologies does not have control over the approval process and cannot override the OEM’s decision.

  • Any disputes regarding warranty claims must be addressed directly with the OEM.

4. Exclusions from Warranty

  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or any modifications made to the product.

  • Issues arising from improper installation, misuse, or third-party repairs.

  • Consumable parts such as batteries, cables, and accessories (unless covered by OEM policy).
